We are a NO MUSIC, WHISPERS ONLY AFTER 11 PM. GATE LOCKED BETWEEN 11PM AND 7:45AM FAMILY ORIENTED WATERFRONT CAMPING RESORT !

1. A non-refundable, but transferable this season,deposit equivalent to the amount of one nights stay (per week booked) plus $12.50 Reservation Fee is to be processed at the time of pre-booking a longer stay. All pre-booked single or 2 night stays will be charged the full base-rate amount of the stay including Reservation Fee plus tax at the time of booking. Group bookings are charged a Reservation Fee per Site pre-booked.
 
2. Pre-booking Reservation Fee= $ 12.50. Subsequent Change of Site(s) or Date of Arrival / Departure or Billing Changes Fee = $10.00 per change/ per site.
 
3. Early Departure with 24 hours prior to check-out time, notice = Change of Reservation Fee + Balance of Night Charges Waived. Early Departure without 24 hours notice = Change of Reservation Fee + Full Nights Stay Charge for First Night of Early Departure. Rest of Prebooked Nights' Charges Waived.
 
4. Reservations are a MUST during summer months.
 
5. Dependent on Availability : Walk-ins no Reservation Fee charged. Subsequent extended nights will be charged a Change of Reservation Fee.
 
6. Services are not available in all sites but where available will only be charged when requested or automatically when used without requesting. Full Service includes: Sewer hook-up = $4.50/night. Partial Service (no sewer) $ 3.50 / Night. Sewer Dump available to registered Campers only = $ 15.00 / dump. Freezer tote-box service available for $1.25/night. $20.00 cash. Key/security deposit required.
 
7. All Parties must check -in at the office and report full number of members including all pets in their party and pay full balance due for their booked holiday prior to setting up unless waved through by management. Campers who are part of a Group Booking arriving before the Booking Member must check-in and register a valid Credit Card before setting up.

Gate Closure Policy
1. Gate closes at 11:00pm nightly, no exceptions! Late comers may park at parking area outside of the gate and walk in.
2. Gate opens at 8:00am daily. Absolutely no gate openings before 7:00am!
3. Early gate opening requests: With notice = $15.00 per vehicle.

'Right of First Refusal' Reservations

The right of First Refusal is like campsite tenure, or a rental time share at no extra cost so long as you use it. You get the right to return to the same campsite at the same time year after year. Make a booking a year in advance, and you will be automatically enrolled into the R.O.F.R. booking program and assigned a campsite and time that mirrors as closely as possible your reservation.

Right of First Refusal reservations can be adjusted the spring of the same year when you get your R.O.F.R. confirmation letter. The deposit is a credit against your stay, but is lost if you don't come at all. Make sure you give us your full address and phone number, and keep us up-to-date on any changes, in order to keep your R.O.F.R. up-to-date from year to year.
