Bradsdadsland Campground is proud to have been serving the public for over forty years now.  During that time we have done minor upgrades and improvements with no changes in site size. Be advised that the larger RV units of today may not be suitable to access many of our sites. We have no plans on making our sites larger, so if you are extra high or long be aware of this. Maybe call  ahead before making your reservation.

1.  Reservations are highly recommended during summer months. Reservations may be made on or after 1st April for the following year, 2024 reservation for the busy summer months are almost full with just two or three days available here and there. (subject to cancellations) Basic reservation fee covers two children and two adults. Please use the drop down arrow on the online system to add extra children, adults and pets.  Maximum of eight people to a site.

2. Glamping site and RV rentals require a non refundable 50% deposit and the balance due will be charged against the credit card 60 days before arrival. (non refundable) Also please note that the Glamping site is a four adult maximum plus four children, (extra cost will apply). Glamping site, Vintage RV trailers and regular RV rentals NO PETS are permitted, also a $50 cleaning fee is payable on arrival. RV trailers maximum number of people differ on each unit.

3. One RV unit per site. (an RV unit is any sleeping accommodation on wheels) any extra RV unit will charged an additional 50% of the basic rate.  All equipment must fit on the selected site or be parked in the designated area. 

4.  If your site has a power meter you will get 10kwh. per day with the site fee. Additional power will be charged at the applicable rate.  Also full service does not provide a sewer hook-up.. Sewer service is available at an extra cost, additional rules apply.

5.  Deposit and Cancellation policy.  RV / tenting sites. A deposit is required for a guaranteed reservation. During the off-season, the deposit is one night of the basic rate for each site you book. During the Regular and Peak season, the deposit is equal to two nights of the basic rate for each site you book.   

6. The deposit equal to one night fee is non-refundableWe require 14 DAYS NOTICE to cancel, reschedule or change your reservation. Deposit is based on basic site rate. You may change or transfer your reservation (for a $15 fee) to any other site and/or date available during the same year.  Prepayments are NOT transferable from year to year.  If you do not contact us nor check-in by noon the day following your scheduled arrival date,  your reservation will be cancelled.

                             No refunds on partial cancellations on or after arrival.

7. The first member of a party to arrive must check-in and register with a valid credit card before setting up. The full balance is due for the entire stay prior to setting up in the campsite unless waved through by management.  It is your responsibility to inform us and pay for any additional fees due  for extra people, pets and vehicles,  under “Daily Rates per Campsite”

8. Freezer tote-box service available for $2.00 per night. $20.00 key security deposit required.

‘Right of First Refusal’ Reservations

 

The right of First Refusal is like campsite tenure, or a rental time share at no extra cost, so long as you use it.  The ROFR Program is a privilege offered to guests who visit us every year, same date, same site. The onus is on the guest, whose vacation it is, to be responsible to make their own reservation by contacting the office directly either by phone (250-650-1310) , email or in person.

Right of First Refusal reservations must be made two years in advance and are the responsibility of the guest to do so. The deposit is a credit against your stay, but is lost if you do not comply with the cancellation policy.  It is also your responsibility to keep us up to date on your contact information, E-mail address and phone number.

Our online reservation system is made available to the general public on the 1st of April each year, for the following year.  This means that guests who stay with us this year can make a reservation for next year. Therefore ROFR guests have to be one year ahead of the general public.
